Kaylem Shepherd is passionate about people - their lives, their stories and their challenges. With a genuine warmth and ability to bring out the best in others. Shepherd spends time talking to people around the world and is one of Globals most popular presenters.

He currently co-anchors a breakfast show as well as hosting a slot on a ever-popular radio station Youth Choice. Come the weekends, Kaylem hosts on Review on Sunday alongside Ayoub Garab.

Alongside family and friends, Kaylem dedicates much of his free time to working with charities such as London Youth and Reaching Higher. Kaylem is passionate about making a change in the world.

Over the past 4 years, Kaylem has spoken at a number of events, chaired a committee meeting in the 'Houses of Parliament', hosted the London Youth awards. Dedicated over 50 days on working on a play ' The Little Shop of Horror' presented a Music Extravaganza, Sat down and interviewed over 100's of people and still to this day continues the amazing work.
